This is a new body work that was taken last Fall in Michigan. These are deer check stations stations set up by the Department of Natural Resources to help prevent the spread of disease among the deer heard. My brother and best friend from growing up both work for the DNR during the hunting season. I went home to volunteer and photograph the deer, hunters, and landscape around these stations where deer heads are cut off for routine testing.
